Michael Keaton (born Michael Keaton) is an American actor, who has also worked as a producer, director and producer. He is most famous for the film 'Birdman. Being a multi-faceted actor, he can perform both dramatic and comedic roles. His professional career has seen him has appeared in a variety of romantic roles, and has also played in action films. The passion for acting profession began when he was in his teens. He attempted stand-up comedy when he was in his early 20s. He was unsuccessful in his comedy career but this paved the way to his successful acting career. Not able to achieve success as a comedian he took on a position as cameraman on television at a cable station. While working at the Cable station, the man realised the desire to work front of a camera. After landing a role in a television show, he appeared on numerous shows in Mister Rogers Neighborhood. He was an naturally talented actor and soon became popular on the television. His early films, he had high aspirations and gained acclaim for his comical roles. Further acclaim was earned as he played Batman's own superhero from Tim Burton's Batman. He grew as an actor over time and ventured into direction and production realms. The 2014 Birdman film won him a number of nominations and awards.
